With our 2009 Fantasy Baseball leagues rolled over now, we present our first 10-team Head-to-Head Mock Draft. CBSSports.com's single leagues have changed their rules and score system, so this league will get you ready for that, using CBSSports.com's now standard scoring system and lineup structure.
Eric Mack continues his final division of prospect rankings in the NL East and the Marlins, who are clearly a small-budget franchise that needs to churn out cheap talent every year. They rarely disappoint and this year should be no different.
Our Eric Mack takes a look at the Mets, who are coming off a rebuilding year in the organization after literally trading the farm for Johan Santana. That deal worked out for the Mets, but it has left them a little thin on major league ready prospects.
Our Eric Mack takes a close look at the World Champion Phillies, who burned two top prospects for Joe Blanton, but they still have a real nice arm on the way in Carlos Carrasco. He could prove to be a nice complement to ace Cole Hamels down the road.
Eric Mack takes a look at the Nationals, an annual bottom-feeder and a team that tends to pick atop the draft every year. That makes the farm system strong, but the losing culture makes it tough to buy into their prospects.

DANA POINT, Calif. -- Determined to overhaul and upgrade their skimpy starting rotation, the Yankees have made superstar free agent CC Sabathia their top winter target and, once baseball's quiet period expires, intend to offer him a contract to top the record $137.5 million that the Mets gave Johan Santana last year, according to people familiar with the Yankees' plans.
The Dodgers' two year-offer to Manny Ramirez -- believed to be for about $45 million -- is very unlikely to lead to a quick deal between the sides, or perhaps any deal.
PHILADELPHIA -- By almost all accounts, Jay Bruce is the best-liked, most-grounded rookie anyone's ever seen. But Bruce, 21, is also famous for a small bit of mischief perpetrated as a youngster. Legend has it that as an 8-year-old he called long-distance to Seattle's Kingdome in search of his childhood hero, Ken Griffey Jr.
It isn't true that the most exciting thing to happen last week at the General Manager Meetings at the St. Regis Resort Monarch Bay in Dana Point, Calif. was an overzealous security guard hassling Yankees GM Brian Cashman about whether he belonged in the hotel -- though, it may have seemed that way at the time. Really, important exchanges did occur at the GM meetings, even if no stars changed teams in those few days, and that became clear just a couple days later when there was an agreement for a trade to send superstar outfielder Matt Holliday from Colorado to Oakland in a fairly surprising mega-trade.
The turning point? No, it wasn't Shane Victorino's jaw-dropping grand slam in the second inning. No, it wasn't Prince Fielder's feeble groundout in the eighth with two men on in a three-run game. No, here was the turning point of Philly's 5-2 Game 2 victory (Recap | Box Score): Starting pitcher Brett Myers -- at the plate -- staring down CC Sabathia during an epic at-bat in the fateful second inning, the white-towel waving fans roaring after every pitch. There was Myers, fighting off a killer 79-mph slider. There was Myers, swatting away a 97-mph heater. Finally, after nine pitches, there was the hurler with the .059 batting average watching a 96-mph fastball buzz below his knees for ball four. Four pitches later, Jimmy Rollins also walked. Four more pitches later, Sabathia hung an 82-mph slider over the plate, and Victorino launched it over the yellow W.B. Mason sign in left field. The faithful here, who haven't had anything to cheer about in October since 1993, exploded. Citizens Bank Park shook.
It's looking more and more likely that Rafael Furcal is headed to the Bay Area to join either the Giants or A's, Ken Rosenthal says.

STRIKE ONE -- THE BOSS DEPT .: Now that it's final, now that George M. Steinbrenner III is no longer the official Man Who Runs The Yankees, I had a thought: I wonder how much money this man has spent...
DANA POINT, Calif. -- With a trio of megastars, and several more very good players, who are free agents this winter, plus at least two more huge stars on the trading block, the Major League Baseball GM meetings will have a lot of discussion about millionaires and near-billionaires at the St. Regis Monarch Beach, the very resort and spa made famous by the gluttonous vacationers at failed insurer AIG.
