Twins light-hitting SS Adam Everett connecting for his first home run Sunday against the Red Sox, hitting a two-run shot in the second inning that just barely got over Jacoby Ellsbury's glove and fell into the left-field seats. He finished 1-for-4.

Twins SS Adam Everett (shoulder) came off the 15-day DL to start Friday's game against the Tigers. He stroked his second double of the season and scored once in four at-bats. He left four runners on base and actually raised his average to .194.
