Braves send Lillibride back to minors

MLB.com reports that Brent Lillibridge was sent back to Triple-A on Tuesday to make room for Omar Infante.In 53 at-bats this season, Lillibridge hit .208.

MLB.com reports that Omar Infante was activated after testing his strained right hamstring during batting practice preceding Tuesday night's game against the Marlins. To make room for him on the 25-man roster, the Braves optioned Brent Lillibridge to Triple-A Richmond.Infante will be used as a utility man in the infield and outfield. He has three triples in 110 at-bats, but don't count on him as a source of fantasy production.
