The Marlins may have interest in free agent pitcher Carl Pavano, the Hot Stove Blog on MLB.com reports.Pavano's two healthy years in the majors (2003, 2004) came in Florida, and both sides may be interested. A club would be wise to only offer a one-year, incentive-laden deal.
