Reds.MLB.com's Mark Sheldon reports Cincinnati Reds manager Dusty Baker said he plans to be on the phone this offseason trying to convince free agents to come aboard. Baker played a big part in landing CL Francisco Cordero by contacting him on the phone at his home in the Dominican Republic. "That's part of my job; I'll try to talk with guys," Baker said. "I'll be on the phone quite a bit."
