David Ginsburg, of The Associated Press, reports Baltimore Orioles SP Garrett Olson lost his third straight game in the first game of a doubleheader Tuesday, Sept. 23, giving up three runs and six hits in six innings.

News: Orioles SP Garrett Olson didn't pitch terribly in his last start of the season against the Rays on Tuesday. He didn't pitch well enough to win, though, as he fell to 9-10 on the year. Olson allowed three runs on six hits and three walks over six innings. He had four strikeouts.

Analysis: Olson's season is over. He will not pitch again. His final record was 9-10 on the season and his ERA was 6.65. That's not going to get it done. He's still going to have to earn a roster spot next season with the Orioles and could wind up being nothing more than a middle-relief option in Fantasy

News: From the beginning of the game on Thursday against the Blue Jays when O's SP Garrett Olson allowed the second batter, Jose Bautista, to homer, it wasn't a good night for Olson. He fell to 9-9 as he allowed three runs on four hits over 5 2/3 innings. He walked three and had one K.

Analysis: Olson is not worth starting at this point since he starts just once in Fantasy Week 26 (Sept. 22-28) the last week in the season. He faces the Rays on Tuesday and will most likely not pitch well anyway
