MLB.com reports that Jake Westbrook had successful arthroscopic surgery on his right hip in Nashville, Tenn., on Friday. He is still recovering from Tommy John surgery that he underwent earlier in the summer.You won't be hearing much from Westbrook any time soon. He won't pitch again until midseason of 2009 at the earliest.
