Jarrod Saltalamacchia called his first career grand slam at Cleveland Friday "unbelievable." Saltalamacchia's slam helped the Texas Rangers beat Cleveland 13-9 Friday night as the Indians lost their seventh in a row and pitcher Fausto Carmona to injury. "It felt unbelievable," Saltalamacchia said. "I don't think I've hit one in my professional career. I might have hit one in high school."
