Kirkland Crawford, of the Detroit Free Press, reports Detroit Tigers SP Jeremy Bonderman (shoulder), in an interview on WDFN-AM 1130, said he is close to being 100 percent healthy and will likely be full strength in another month. He said he expects to be able to participate fully in Spring Training next year.

Tigers GM Dave Dombrowski said Friday that Jeremy Bonderman (rib surgery) has begun throwing and will be ready by spring training. Bonderman had a rough go last season, finishing 3-4 with a 4.29 ERA. Dombrowski is hoping that Bonderman and Justin Verlander will combine for at least 34 to 35 wins next year as the Tigers try to turn things around in the AL Central.
