Analysis: Wise has struggled with shoulder woes all season and is now nothing more than organizational depth at this point in his career. Ignore him in all Fantasy leagues right now

The Sports Network reports the New York Mets transferred OF Trot Nixon (groin), RP Matt Wise (shoulder), P Jason Vargas (hip) and SP Orlando Hernandez (foot) to the 60-day disabled list.

Matt Wise (shoulder) has given up on his goal of returning this season. Wise left the Mets' complex in Florida a couple of days ago. He should be ready for spring training next year and might be asked to play some Winter ball.
