Phil Hughes made around 25 throws from 60-feet in Tampa Bay on Wednesday, according to the NY Daily News. That was the first throwing he has done since breaking a rib in April.He isn't expected back in New York until August, and isn't really worth waiting for as a fantasy hurler as he held a 0-4 mark over six starts, with 9.00 ERA and 2.14 WHIP.
