Tadahito Iguchi has shed his right arm sling and has begun jogging. The second baseman suffered a separated right shoulder on June 5. "He's started to do some very easy mobilization with his shoulder," manager Bud Black tells MLB.com. "He can't run [pump his arms]. But he can kind of do what he's doing. He is still a ways away." Initial reports called for Iguchi to miss six-to-eight weeks.Edgar Gonzalez continues to get most of the start at second base. Sadly, youngster Matt Antonelli wasn't ready to step up and fill the void. The Padres don't have a huge incentive to rush Iguchi back, other than maybe to trade him by July 31.
