The Boston Herald's Sean McAdam reports Tampa Bay Rays OF B.J. Uptons homer hit on Oct. 13 was his fifth in 28 postseason at-bats. In 531 regular-season at-bats, he hit nine. Upton, aged 24 and two months, is the youngest player to hit five or more homers in a single postseason. St. Louis Cardinals 1B Albert Pujols was seven months older when he hit six for the 2004 Cardinals.
