Alex Rodriguez will not participate in the All-Star game's annual Home Run Derby, declining an invitation, according to MLB.com. Rodriguez cited his obligation to the Yankees.Although the Home Run Derby will not see one of the game's most prolific sluggers participate, Yankees fans and fantasy owners are probably not too upset with his decision, as he eliminates a chance of injury. He is having a fabulous June, hitting .366 with nine home runs.
