News: Booed vociferously all afternoon, A-Rod struck out three times and popped up with runners at the corners and one out in the sixth inning Thursday against Boston. The three-time MVP also had a terrible game Tuesday night, going 0-for-5 and grounding into a pair of double plays during a 7-3 loss.
Analysis: A-Rod had a decent game in between the two duds, but has been mired in a funk in August. He's hitting just under .250 in the month and hasn't been able to maintain any hot streaks. With that said, there isn't a chance in the world that anybody who owns the Fantasy stud will even consider reserving him. He can make up for a bad week in a day
