The 26-year-old Dickerson played well once called up and exceeded expectations, but durability could be an issue since he's had several surgeries already in his young career, including a minor ankle procedure this week. At best, he'll secure an everyday outfield spot out of Springing Training, serve as a cheap source of steals and maybe even provide a little pop along the way.
