Angels SP Ervin Santana held visiting Detroit to two runs and three hits Tuesday, going the distance for his seventh win. The Angels right-hander pitched his second complete game of the season and third of his career, striking out seven and walking none. Santana had lost his last two decisions after a 6-0 start. He had a 2.02 ERA while winning his first six decisions over seven starts, but had gone 0-2 with a 6.62 ERA in his last three starts before beating the Tigers.
