News: Athletics DH Frank Thomas was placed on the 15-day disabled list Saturday because of a strained right quadriceps. He was moved to the 60-day DL on Wednesday, ending his season.

Analysis: Thomas might never play again. If he does, he will be a high-risk DH option for the deepest of AL-only leagues because of his age and injury risk. Cut and ignore him in all of Fantasy now
