Yankees 1B Jason Giambi was hit on the top of his left foot by a pitch in the sixth inning against Toronto Tuesday and was replaced by Shelley Duncan in the eighth. Manager Joe Girardi said X-rays were negative and Giambi is day to day. Giambi had a RBI single off Roy Halladay before leaving the game.
