According to the Los Angeles Times, it's "doubtful" that impending free agent Jon Garland will re-sign with the Angels. Garland went 14-8 with a 4.90 ERA after being acquired for Orlando Cabrera during the offseason and the newspaper speculates that he'll be let go "as owner Arte Moreno sheds payroll to make a possible run at free-agent left-hander CC Sabathia."Source: Los Angeles Times
