Athletics.MLB.com's Mychael Urban reports Oakland Athletics SP Justin Duchscherer (hip) said in a text message that his exploratory surgery was a success. 'Everything went well,' wrote Duchscherer. 'I just had some torn cartilage cleaned out. I'll be fine in two months.'
