News: Cubs closer Kerry Wood blew his sixth save Sunday at Cincinnati, allowing three runs on three hits and two walks in one-third of an inning. He suffered a loss for the second consecutive appearance.

Analysis: Wood remains a top-10 closer down the stretch despite his struggles recently. The contending Cubs should get him ample save opportunities, and he should be able to bounce back from this setback
