After an uneven run as Marlins closer, Gregg was shut down for a little while in late August because of knee issues and never regained the job. If Florida doesn't re-sign Gregg, Matt Lindstrom (who assumed the role down the stretch) and Ryan Tucker could compete for the fireman role next year.
