Kevin Millar is facing free agency in the off-season and has decided he would like to remain with the Orioles, according to the Baltimore Sun. He said, 'Truthfully speaking, I want to be here. I feel like everything is going in the right direction. I enjoy the tough times when you are rebuilding, revamping. I enjoy those times because when you see a team turn the corner, it is pretty neat.'Millar only holds a .243 batting average, but chipped in 24 doubles, 20 homers, and 71 RBI. He would like to return in 2009, but the Orioles are expected to take a shot at first baseman Mark Teixeira and other players on the market before deciding Millar's future with the team.
