News: Rangers outfielder Marlon Byrd, who left Friday night's game after spraining his left thumb while attempting to make a diving catch, returned to the lineup Sunday. He went 1-for-3.

Analysis: Byrd is a viable sleeper in Fantasy Week 24 (Sept. 8-14) if you need outfield help. You cannot be sure he will play every day, though, so consider him more of stopgap type best left for deeper leagues
