News: Rays SP Matt Garza continued to alternate good and bad starts with a good one Sunday at Toronto. He allowed one run on six hits in seven innings, walking one and striking out seven in a hard-luck loss. He has a 0.38 ERA in the three good starts and a 6.17 ERA in his two bad starts.
Analysis: Garza has solid numbers overall, but his inconsistency has to get frustrating in Fantasy. Still, you should keep the breakout pitcher active as no less than a No. 4 Fantasy option. His next start is scheduled for Saturday at the Yankees
