Shane Victorino and Matt Stairs hit two-run homers in the eighth inning Monday to give the Phillies a come-from-behind 7-5 victory and a 3-1 series lead in the NLCS. Both starters lasted just five innings, with Joe Blanton giving up three runs and Derek Lowe two. The Dodgers went ahead 5-3 in the sixth thanks to some terrible pitching from Chad Durbin. However, Victorino tied the game with a two-run homer off Cody Wade in the eighth and Stairs added the second two-run blast of the inning off Jonathan Broxton. It was the first career postseason homer for the 40-year-old Stairs, who previously had one at-bat in the 1995 ALDS with the Red Sox and nine in the 2000 ALDS for the A's. The Phillies will try to clinch a World Series berth when Game 5 is played Wednesday. Cole Hamels and Chad Billingsley will start.
