News: The Sports Xchange notes, Marlins C Matt Treanor said he felt mild but expected discomfort in his left hip in his first game back from the disabled list. 'It's a weird sensation, almost like a funny bone sensation but in your pelvic area. That's one of the things I'm gonna have to deal with,' he said. 'I'm in Philly in a pennant race in the middle of August, so that kind of helps the pain.'
Analysis: Treanor needs surgery on three muscle tears in his hip, but he will postpone that until the end of the season at this point. Consider him a reserve catcher for the Marlins and the deepest of NL-only leagues at this point. Still, we like his attitude, but that doesn't always translate to Fantasy points
