It was an uneventful day for Rangers shortstop Michael Young, as he failed to get a hit in four at-bats, and failed to make contact in three of those at-bats, striking out three times in the Rangers 7-2 loss to Boston.Young is not having the type of season fantasy owners had hoped for. On August 25, his average was up to .290, giving people reason to think he would reach his familiar .300 mark, but it has since dropped to .282.
