Twins setup man Pat Neshek left Thursday's game against the White Sox after he felt a pop in his elbow. Neshek had thrown 13 pitches, 10 for strikes, before he suffered the injury. For now, the Twins call the injury an elbow strain. 'I felt something tweak and the trainers came out and we just wanted to play it safe. We wanted to make sure that nothing bad would happen,' Neshek said, adding he will be examined Friday.
