Bryan Hoch, of MLB.com, reports New York Yankees SP Phil Hughes was named the Arizona Fall League Pitcher of the Week for the period ending Sunday, Oct. 12. He won his first start last week, striking out seven and giving up one hit in five scoreless innings. Hughes is scheduled to make his second start Monday, Oct. 13.
