Despite probably receiving a large raise in arbitration, the Philadelphia Phillies will not be trading first baseman Ryan Howard this season, according to Buster Olney of ESPN.com.There had been speculation that because Howard will probably set a record for the highest arbitration ever awarded that the team would look to move him, but that does not seem to be the case.
