Salomon Torres : October 4th, 2008, 10:35 pm est
News: Brewers closer Salomon Torres earned the save in Game 3 of the NLDS against the Phillies in a game Milwaukee needed to win or be eliminated. Torres, however, didn't make it easy. He allowed three hits and the bases to be loaded before getting out of the jam unscathed.
Analysis: Torres struggled down the stretch of the year, posting a 6.75 ERA and blowing one save in only two opportunities. He might have run out of steam, but those struggles might also convince the Brewers to look at other options in 2009. He remains a No. 2 Fantasy option for now, but don't draft him next year unless he retains the closer's role
