News: Indians rookie SP Scott Lewis won his fourth start in four attempts Friday at the White Sox despite allowing six runs -- four earned -- on six hits in five innings. He walked one and struck out one. After allowing zero earned runs in his first 14 major-league innings, he has now allowed seven in his last 10.
Analysis: In spring training this year, Lewis was shut down after straining a back muscle and didn't pitch until June. He then went 8-4 with a 2.53 ERA combined for Double-A Akron and Triple-A Buffalo. He's a nice young pitcher who clearly deserves a flier next season in AL-only leagues, but this late hiccup will help him go largely unnoticed in mixed leagues
