Skip Schumaker had three hits on Sunday to push his average to .304. He also scored his 85th run of the season.With all the injuries the Cardinals have been hit with this season, Schumaker has stepped into the void and produced an impressive set of numbers given that he had recorded just 255 major league at bats before this season. With Rick Ankiel out, Schumaker will continue to be in the lineup everyday over the final week.
