News: OF Skip Schumaker, whose average had dipped to .301, gave himself some breathing room to remain at .300. He collected three hits in four at-bats Sunday to boost his average to .304.
Analysis: Schumaker is a sleeper for deeper leagues -- mostly NL-only Rotisserie formats -- in the final Fantasy Week 26 (Sept. 22-28) at this point. He will enter spring 2009 as the Cardinals' fourth outfielder once again, but one who will get more at-bats than a normal No. 4 outfielder
