The Sports Xchange reports that A's OF Travis Buck (shin splints) did not play Wednesday because Class AAA Sacramento's game at Oklahoma City was postponed. That might prolong Buck's rehab stint, which already appeared it might be extended: Buck is batting .167 in the minors, and the A's had hoped he would get his bat going again. He was hitting a league-low .154 when he was placed on the disabled list.
