Indians DH Travis Hafner will have surgery on his aching right shoulder on Tuesday, according to the Cleveland Plain-Dealer. Dr. James Andrews will perform the operation.Hafner had shoulder problems all year. He was horrendous for the whole season, as least in part because of that, hitting .197 in 198 at-bats. It is unknown how long the surgery will keep the slugger out.
