Marc Topkin, of the St. Petersburg Times, reports the St. Louis Cardinals have still not finalized a deal with free-agent RP Trever Miller (Rays). The reason the contract is not finalized may be because there is an issue with Miller's shoulder, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. Apparently a physical raised questions related to Miller's surgery in 2000 to fix a torn labrum.
