Alden Gonzalez, of MLB.com, reports Tampa Bay Rays CL Troy Percival (back, knee) will decide if he will undergo back and right knee surgeries next week, according to his agent, Paul Cohen. Percival is currently going through his normal rehab, but is not throwing because it is too early in the offseason. If he decides to undergo surgery, he will do it as soon as possible so he can be ready for Spring Training.
