Perhaps it's fitting that the Tribe had to scratch left-hander Cliff Lee with an injury on the final day of the season. After all, when the Indians look back on 2008, one of the first things they'll remember is the way their season was compromised by the injuries suffered by Travis Hafner, Victor Martinez, Fausto Carmona and Jake Westbrook.
