Time moves fast, despite what the MLB season sometimes feels like, and player/team performances can change even quicker. Important dates on the NFL calendar tell us things about teams’ plans for the current season. The big moves on the first day of free agency by the Las Vegas Raiders proved they are going for the playoffs, not rebuilding in any way.
